摘　　要：第三期中国妇女社会地位调查调研结果表明,山西在社会保障方面做了大量的工作,但是社会保障覆盖面还较窄,扩大覆盖面有难度,私营企业的女职工养老、失业、医疗等保险得不到保证,非公有制企业女职工参加社会保险人数偏少,女职工特殊权益得不到保护。农村社会保障尤为薄弱,农村妇女的社会保障问题更加突出,预防保健和健康教育难以落实。需要不断促进经济发展,更加注重农村妇女的社会保障权益来提升妇女社会地位。The 3 rd suvvey of Chiese women ’ s social status shows that Shanxi Province have done a lot of work In the aspect of social security ,but the social security coverage still be narrow and difficult.The pension , unemployment and medical insurance of the female worker in private enterprise are not guaranteed.Violation of female worker’s rights is often happened.Their special rights and interests are not protected.Women’s social security issues of Shanxi Province become more prominent.Preventive care and health education is difficult to implement in rural areas.More efforts needed to boost the economic development ,more attention needeal to pay the rural ’ s women social security,in order to promote women ’ s social status.
