摘　　要：导管消融治疗心房颤动已取得长足的进步,该文主要介绍心房颤动导管消融适应证、消融术式、标测与影像学技术、消融能量的最新进展。Catheter ablation of atrial ifbrillation has made great progress.This article mainly elucidates updates in the treatment of atrial ifbrillation such as indication of catheter ablation,ablation strategies,mapping and imaging technique as well as the power source of ablation.
