护工、保洁员相结合提高手术室保洁工作质量效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨落实保洁人员专业知识培训和规范操作的各项措施;保证手术室保洁工作质量持续改进;有效预防手术室环境污染。方法:以保洁员单独完成手术室环境保洁工作为对照组,以护工与保洁员相结合共同完成手术室环境保洁工作为实验组,从保洁人员专业知识掌握、职业暴露防护、保洁人员流失、医院环境保洁质量检查结果4个方面作对比。结果:工作流程、工具使用、医疗废物处理知识掌握率由90%提高到96%;个人防护从95%提高到100%;人员流失由9个/月减少到1个/月;环境保洁质量检查由80分提高到90分以上。结论:提高保洁人员专业知识、培养保洁人员工作热情、加强保洁人员自身防护、适当减轻工作量等"以人为本"的一系列人文关怀措施的实施,是提高手术室保洁人员工作质量,保障手术室环境感染控制的重要前提。Objective：Explore various measures to implement the cleaning staff training and expertise to standardize operations;operating room cleaning work to ensure continuous quality improvement;effectively prevent the operating room environment pollution. Methods：To complete the operating room environment cleaner Baojie Gong alone as a control group, in order to protect workers and cleaners combine together to complete the operating room environment Baojie Gong as the ex- perimental group, from the cleaning staff expertise to master, occupational exposure protection, cleaning staff turnover, cleaning the hospital environment four aspects of the quality of test results for comparison. Results： Workflow tools, medical waste knowledge level from 90% to 96% ;PPE increased from 95% to 100% ;attrition of 9 reduced to a month; environmental cleaning quality checked by 80 points to 90 points or more. Conclusion：Implemented to improve the cleaning staff expertise, training cleaning staff enthusiasm, cleaning personnel to strengthen self-protection, appropriate to reduce the workload of the“people-oriented” series of humane care measures is to improve the quality of the operating room cleaning staff continued to improve, protect the operating room environment important prerequisite for infection control.
