摘 要:采用芳烃降解菌,通过反硝化培养基进行富集、分离、纯化,获取能够进行反硝化作用的芳烃降解菌,在此基础上进行具有反硝化作用的芳烃降解菌生理生化特性实验及菌种反硝化作用动态规律研究,并对菌种进行基因鉴定。研究结果表明:假单胞菌属和戴尔夫特菌属在降解芳烃的同时,具有反硝化能力,并且降解规律与反硝化规律呈现正相关性。研究成果为芳烃降解菌在石油污染地下水环境中的生物地球化学作用机制提供了辅助的分析依据,为进一步的完善石油类污染地下水的生物修复研究提供理论和实验支撑。Aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria are used. Through tile culture medium, the bacteria are enriched, separated, puri- fied. We acquire aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria capable of denitrification, and test the physiological and biochemical char- acteristics of aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria capable of denitrification. Then we observe the dynamic law of bacterial deni- trification and make the gene identification of the bacteria. The results show that Pseudomonas and Delftia can degrade aromatic hy- drocarbons and both have ability in denitrification at the same time. In addition, the law of degradation and denitrification shows a positive correlation. The research results provide an auxiliary basis for biogeochemical mechanism of oil pollution in the groundwater environment about the aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria and provide a theoretical and experimental support for the further im- provement on bioremediation of petroleum contaminated groundwater.
