摘 要:为全面客观地评估军用飞机保障特性,提高同类型军用飞机横向可比性,根据军用飞机综合保障的目标要求,提出保障特性评估指标,分类给出评估指标标准化处理方法,综合运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定评估指标权重,以2种机型为例,建立军用飞机保障特性评估方法,给出评估结果。分析结果表明:评估方法科学适用,可较为客观地表征其保障特性,具有较强的应用价值。For evaluating battle plan support characteristics comprehensively and objectively, and increasing the horizontal comparability of the same type battle plan, evaluation index of battle plan support characteristics was established based on target requirement of integrated logistics support, index standardization method was presented, and index weight was calculated by using method of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi synthetically. With two typical battle plan as example, evaluation method of battle plan support characteristics was set up. The analysis results show that the evaluation method is applicable and has great practical value.
