摘  要:以等紧度设计为依据,采用表里层排列比为1∶1的平纹组织,利用下接上接结点的变化规律结合当季流行色,开发了3款接结双层衬衫面料样品。里层采用新型纤维混纺纱,经CAD预影,表层花型图案丰富饱满;样品经检测,吸湿速干性良好,其中性能最佳的是里层采用汉麻/棉混纺的样品。Based on the same tightness design, three types of shirt fabrics made of double-layer and plain weave are developed, with 1 : 1 yarn arrangement of inner and outer layer and variant connection points in combination with popular color of the season. The inner layer adopts new types of blended yarn, and through CAD, the pattern of the outer layer has the effect of abundance satiation. Through testing, the shirt fabrics are of good moisture absorption and fast dry performance, in which the fabric with hemp/cotton blended yarn inner layer is the best.
