摘 要:通过对麻针织物的通透性、液态水分管理性能进行测试,得到吸水速率、扩散速度、单向传递指数、透气率、透湿率等指标,然后对各性能指标和结构参数进行主成分分析。结果表明:麻针织物的透气率与厚度、面密度显著相关;吸水与单向传递指数之间显著相关,而与扩散速度无关。通过探讨织物通透性液态水分管理性能与麻针织物结构参数的关系,得出:织物越轻薄、稀疏,通透性越好;中等厚度、疏密度适中偏小的麻针织物有较好的液态水传递与吸收性能;过于厚重,则不利于液态水的传递。The water absorption rate, diffusion rate, one - way transmission index, air permeability and moisture permeability of ramie knitted fabric were obtained by testing the properties of liquid water management and permeability. The analyses of the above indexes show that the air permeability is significantly correlated with the thickness and surface density of the ramie knitted fabric and the absorption rate is significantly correlated with the one - way transmission index, but unrelated with the rate of diffusion. The conclusions is that the more thin thickness and lower surface density the fabric has, the better the fabric permeability will be. The fabric made of medium thickness, moderate coarseness features good liquid water transmission and absorption. If it is too thick, it is disadvantage for the transmission of liquid water.
