摘 要:对市售的新型絮料(仿丝棉絮片、喷胶棉絮片、羊毛/涤纶混合絮片、七孔棉絮片)和羽绒的保暖性能进行了测试,并分析了上述不同结构的絮料的保暖性差异。结果表明,在相同厚度下,羽绒的热阻最大,仿丝棉絮片次之,七孔棉絮片最小,羽绒的热阻约为仿丝棉絮片的1.5倍,七孔棉絮片的3倍;在相同面密度下,羽绒的热阻最大,仿丝棉絮片次之,羊毛/涤纶混合絮片最小,羽绒的热阻约为仿丝棉絮片的2.3倍,羊毛/涤纶混合絮片的3.9倍。The thermal insulation of several commercially available new types of waddings ( silk-like polyester wadding, spray-bonded polyester wadding, wool/polyester blended wadding, seven-hole polyester wadding) as well as of down wadding was tested with the differences of thermal insulation of these waddings of different structure analyzed. It was found that when the thickness of the wadding is the same, the thermal resistance of down is the biggest, the thermal resistance of silk-like polyester wadding is the second and the thermal resistance of seven-hole polyester wadding is the smallest. When the thickness of the wadding is the same, the thermal resistance of down is about 1.5 times of that of silk-like polyester wadding and about 3 times of that of seven-hole polyester wadding. It was found that when the areal density of the wadding is the same, the thermal resistance of down is the biggest, the thermal resistance of silk-like polyester wadding is the second and the thermal resistance of wool/polyester blended wadding is the smallest. When the areal density of the wadding is the same, the thermal resistance of down is about 2.3 times of that of silk-like polyester wadding and about 3.9 times of that of wool/polyester blended wadding.
