甘蓝型优质杂交油菜新品种卓油058的选育

摘　　要：为选育高产优质高油分杂交油菜新品种应用于生产,贵州卓豪农业科技有限公司利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系U33A与恢复系X6-1(原代号66-2)组配育成优质杂交油菜新品种卓油058,该品种在国家长江下游区区域试验平均产量176.91kg/667m2,平均产油量79.0kg/667m2;生产试验平均产量198.56kg/667m2,全生育期223d左右。含油率44.66%,芥酸0.15%,硫苷18.17μmol/g饼。于2014年1月通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名卓油058,品种审定编号为国审油2013021。In order to select new hybrid rape variety with high yield,quality an d oil,and apply in production,Zhuoyou 058,a new hybrid rape variety,was crossed by sterile line U33A and restorer line X6-1（original code 66-2）by Guizhou Zhuohao Agricultural Sci-Tech Co.LTD.The mean yield and oil yield was respectively 176.93 kg/667m2 and 79.0 kg/667m2 in regional tests in the lower reaches of Yangtze River;In the production test the mean yield,whole growth period,oil content,erucic acid content and thioglycoside content was 198.56kg/667m2 ,223 d,44.66%,0.15% and 18.17 μmol/g respectively.It was approved by State Crop Variety Approval Committee in January 2014,and named Zhuoyou 058 with the serial number of Guoshenyou 2013021.
