起垄方式对有机栽培烤烟生长和产质量的影响

摘　　要：为探索适合贵州烟叶有机生产的起垄方式，以烤烟常规种植方式为对照（CK），研究了有机栽培模式下不同起垄方式（一垄单行烟和一垄双行烟）对烤烟生长和产质量的影响。结果表明：2种起垄方式移栽后烟株长势和烤后烟叶产量均不及 CK，产量比 CK 分别降低了31．36％和24．91％，产值降低了43．91％和32．32％；烟叶的烟碱、总氮和蛋白质含量降低，而总糖、还原糖及糖碱比明显升高；烟叶香气质得分提高1．27％～5．26％，香气量提高2．41％～5．06％；一垄双行烟栽培模式更适合于烟叶的有机生产，可获得较高的收益和烟叶品质。Different ridging patterns （single row per ridge and double rows per ridge）were used in cultivation of flue-cured tobacco under organic cultivation to study the effects on growth,yield and quality of tobacco.The growth vigor and yield of tobacco under two ridging patterns both are not as good as CK （conventional planting pattern）,that is,yield and output of single row per ridge and double rows per ridge pattern decreased by 31.36% and 43.91%,and 24.91% and 32.32% compared with CK respectively.The nicotine,total nitrogen and protein content of tobacco under two ridging patterns reduces but total sugar, reducing sugar and sugar/nicotine ratio increase obviously compared with CK.The aroma quality and aroma amount of tobacco under two ridging patterns are increased by 1.27%~5.26% and 2.41%~5.06%separately.In conclusion,The double rows per ridge cultivation pattern is suitable to tobacco organic cultivation,which can get higher income and tobacco quality.
