摘　　要：为了促进农地的健康流转,采用田野调查法和访谈法进行数据采集,分析了不规范自发式农地流转在当前农村存在的合理性及其功能意义。结果表明:四川上坝村的自发农地流转具有流转范围血缘化、地缘化,租金象征性、实物化,以及流转时间灵活化的特点;在当地社会经济条件下,自发农地流转有利于农户完成家庭再生产,稳定粮食生产和维持农村秩序,因此具有合理性。此外,若强行推进农地大规模市场化流转具有潜在的社会风险,可能会危及农户利益、农村秩序乃至国家粮食安全。To promote the healthy farmland transfer,the field investigation method and interviewing method were employed to collect data, and the reasonability and functional significance of irregular spontaneous farmland transfer at present were analyzed.Results：spontaneous farmland transfer has some characteristics：transferees are blood relationship or geographical relationship,rent is symbolic in kind, lease and transfer time are flexible.Under local socio-economic conditions,spontaneous transfer is to the benefit of households＆#39;reproduction,stabilizing food production,and keeping order of rural.For these reasons, spontaneous transfer has existing rationality. And if government forced through large-scale marketization farmland transfer, there would be potential social crisis that will endanger benefit of farmers,rural order and the national food security.
