针刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺手少阳三焦经和足少阳胆经特定穴治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的59例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。治疗组针刺少阳经特定穴,对照组针刺非经非穴部位,均每次治疗30min,每周5次,共治疗4周。观察偏头痛发作的次数、程度、强度、持续时间、伴随症状、VAS评分等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.00%、37.93%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组头痛发作次数、持续时间、伴随症状、发作程度积分均明显减少(P<0.05或0.01),对照组头痛发作次数、持续时间、发作程度积分明显减少(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组头痛发作次数、伴随症状、发作程度积分少于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组头痛强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后组间比较,头痛强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴角孙、外关、阳陵泉、丘墟治疗偏头痛临床疗效良好。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at points of Sanjiao Meridian of Hand - Shaoyang and points of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot - Shaoyang in the treatment of migraine. Methods ： Fifty - nine patients with migraine meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group （n --30） and con- trol group （ n = 29）. The treatment group received acupuncture at specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridian, while the control group received acupuncture at non - acupoints. Both groups received treatment five times （30 min each time） a week for four weeks. The treatment outcomes were evaluated based on the number of migraine attacks, se- verity, headache intensity, duration of migraine, associated symptoms, and visual analogue scale （VAS） score. Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （80. 00% vs 37.93 %, P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, the treatment group showed significant decreases in the number of migraine attacks, duration of migraine, associated symptoms, and severity score （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the control group showed significant decreases in the number of migraine attacks, duration of migraine, and severity score （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the treatment group had significantly reduced number of migraine attacks, associated symptoms, and severity score compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. In addition, after treatment, the treatment group had a significantly reduced headache intensity （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the treatment group had a significantly lower headache intensity than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridian（Jiaosun, Waiguan, Yanglingquan, and Qiuxu） has a good clinical effect in the treatment of migraine.
