摘  要:目的:观察七味白术散对轮状病毒(HRV)、柯萨奇B3病毒(Cox B3)感染HT-29细胞干扰素诱导蛋白-10(IP-10)表达的影响。方法:将HT-29细胞株分别随机设成正常组、模型组、七味白术散组、病毒唑组,于37℃、5%CO2条件下培养48h,收获培养物。采用RT-PCR技术测定IP-10mRNA的表达情况。结果:两种肠道病原体感染HT-29细胞后,与正常组比较,模型组IP-10mRNA的表达明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,七味白术散组和病毒唑组的IP-10mRNA表达明显降低(P<0.05);七味白术散组表达值低于病毒唑组(P<0.05)。结论:七味白术散能下调HRV、COX B3感染HT-29细胞的IP-10的表达。Objective:To observe the effect of Qiwei Baizhu powder on the expression of interferon - inducible protein 10 ( IP - 10) in HT - 29 cells infected with human rotavirus (HRV) and coxsaekievirus B3 ( Cox B3 ). Methods : HT - 29 ceils were randomly divid- ed into normal group, model group, Qiwei Baizhu powder group, and virazole group and were cultured at 37~C and 5% CO2 for 48 h. The nlRNA expression of IP - 10 was measured by RT - PCR. Results:After being infected with the two enteric pathogens,the model group had significantly increased IP - 10 mRNA expression compared with the normal group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the Qiwei Baizhu powder group and virazole group had significantly reduced IP - 10 expression compared with the model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the Qiwei Baizhu powder group had a significantly lower IP - 10 expression than the virazole group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Qiwei Baizhu powder can downregulate the IP- 10 expression in HT- 29 cells infected with HRV and COX B3.
