补肾解毒健脾冲剂对慢性乙肝病毒携带者HBeAg、HBVDNA和肝组织学的影响

摘　　要：目的:研讨验证补肾解毒健脾冲剂对慢性乙肝病毒携带者HBV DNA、HBeAg和肝组织学的作用。方法:筛选慢性乙肝病毒携带者200例,以1∶1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用补肾解毒健脾冲剂治疗,对照组用安慰剂干预,周期为72周。结果:治疗72周后,治疗组患者血清HBV DNA下降﹥1 log10、﹥2 log10及﹥3 log10的患者比例明显高于对照组(P﹤0.005)。治疗组患者血清HBeAg阴转率及转换率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者治疗前后肝组织的炎症活动度分级及纤维化程度分期相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),72周时,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:补肾解毒健脾冲剂对慢性乙肝病毒携带者的HBeAg血清学转换及HBV DNA阴转作用明显,对肝脏组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度也有改善作用,安全性好,未见明显副作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Bushen Jiedu Jianpi granule on HBV DNA,HBeAg and liver histology of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers. Methods： A total of 200 chronic HBV carriers diagnosed according to the diagnostic standard of chronic hepatitis B carriers were randomly divided into 2 groups,a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group received Bushen Jiedu Jianpi granule,and the control group was given placebo. The duration of treatment was 72 weeks. Results：After 72 weeks,the proportions of patients in the treatment group in whom serum HBV DNA levels decreased by more than 1 log10,2 log10,and 3 log10 were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 005）. The HBeAg seroconversion rate and the negative conversion rate of serum HBV DNA in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P﹤0.05）. The inflammatory activity grade and fibrosis stage in the treatment group got better after treatment（ P ﹤0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Jiedu Jianpi granule have improve HBeAg seroconversion rate,inhibite the HBV DNA replication and also relieve the liver tissue inflammation and degree of fibrosis stages. The clinical observation showed better security.
