摘  要:使用WinDENDRO年轮分析系统和光学显微镜分析了古尔班通古特沙漠沙垄不同部位白梭梭树轮及组织比量特征。结果表明:白梭梭迎风坡树轮最窄,树轮深棕色带比例最高。背风坡树轮最宽,树轮深棕色带比例最低。坡顶白梭梭的纤维比量最高(80.90%),背风坡导管比量最高(12.98%),迎风坡木射线比量和轴向薄壁组织比量最高,分别为4.32%和4.61%。从分析结果来看,梭梭茎干纤维组织比量高,对抵御干旱区风沙造成的伤害具有积极意义。The WinDENDRO systems and optical microscopy were used to analyze the tree -ring and tissue pro- portion of Haloxylon persicum in different locations of sand dune in Gurbantunggut desert. The results showed that the Haloxylon persicum tree - ring was the narrowest and the dark brown layer ratio was the highest at the windward slope. The tree - ring of the plant was the widest and the dark brown layer ratio was the lowest at the leeward. The fibre proportion of the plant was the highest highest in leeward ( 12.98% ). Both the ray proportion in crest (80.90%) while the vessel proportion was the and axial parenchyma proportion were the highest at the windward with 4.32% and 4.61%, respectively. We concluded that the Haloxylon persicum tree - ring with high fibre proportion indicating its positive significance to resist both drought and wind damage.
