摘  要:对隔震技术在成都凯德风尚住宅项目高层剪力墙结构中的应用技术难点进行了系统介绍。具体包括:隔震支座在剪力墙、核心筒下的布置方法与原则;针对高宽比较大的结构隔震设计中的抗倾覆设计、支座变刚度模拟、支座应力控制;针对迎风面较大结构隔震设计的抗风要求、舒适度设计等均提出了具体解决方案;从节点设计、构造措施、耐久性分析等方面给出了保证隔震设计的有效性和合理性的方法;采用动力弹塑性分析方法对隔震结构在超烈度地震作用下的响应进行验证分析。结果表明,在解决以上技术问题后,隔震技术可以在高层剪力墙结构中得到成功的推广与应用。Technical difficulties of seismic isolation technology in high-rise shear-wall residential projects of the Capitaland Loft Chengdu were introduced in a systematic way, including following things: isolation bearing arrangement methods and principles in the shear wall and core wall were introduced. For structural seismic design of buildings with high height-width ratio, overturning design, variable stiffness simulation of the bearings and stress control of bearings were introduced. For structural seismic design of buildings with large windward side, solutions of wind requirements and comfort design were put forward. From the aspects of node design, structural measures, durability analysis, an effective way was given to ensure the rationality of seismic isolation design. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis method was used to validate and analyze the seismic response of seismic isolated structure under high intensity earthquake. The results show that after solving the above technical problems, seismic isolation techniques can be successfully applied and promoted in high-rise shear-wall structures.
