摘 要:采用K型活性染料进行棉织物电化学无盐染色,分析染色电压、染色温度、染色时间和固色时间对电化学无盐染色效果的影响。试验结果表明,优化的染色工艺参数为:电压5~7v、染色温度45~50℃、染色时间25~30min、固色时间50—60min。在此工艺条件下,棉织物染色的K/S值均超过传统染色工艺,且织物的匀染性与色牢度与传统染色效果相当。Factors exerting influence on dyeing properties of cotton fabric in electrochemical process are discussed, such as the voltage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and fixing time. The parameters of the optimum dyeing process are determined. Relationship between the salt-free electrochemical dyeing and structure of K-reactive dyes aree also researched. The optimal process of the K-reactive dyes with salt-free electrochemical dyeing is defined as follows: the voltage of 5N7 V, dyeing temperature of 45N 50℃, dyeing time of 25~35 min, fixing time of 50~60 min. Under the optimum dyeing conditions, the K,/S value of electrochemical salt-free dyeings is higher than the traditional dyeings.
