摘　　要：含金属纤维织物染整时，应加强坯布检验，做到专坯专用，缝头要平整、布边整齐；烧毛采用一正一反，车速在100m／min以上；拉幅温度150～180℃，车速30．35m／min，超喂1．5％左右，时间30～45s；前处理采用8～12g/L生物酶退浆，冷轧堆练漂，淡碱丝光；采用亲水性有机硅柔软剂40-50g/L进行柔软整理。According to the characteristics of metal fiber fabric, the reasonable dyeing and printing process is determined. That is, carefuJ greige cloth inspection, singeing at the speed of above 100 m/min, stentering at 150- 180 ℃ for 30 -45 s at the speed of 30- 35 m/min with over feeding about 1.5%, desizing with 8- 12 g/L enzyme, cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching, weak alkali mercerization, softening finish with hydrophilic silicone softener 40- 50 g/L. The treated fabrics feature stable quality and meet the reauirements of end-use.
