摘  要:基于自我决定理论,选择了排球运动员为对象,探究教练员领导行为和激励氛围如何通过归属感将外部激励内化,进而影响运动员的行为倾向.结论表明:排球教练员的民主、社会支持、训练指导和正面反馈对任务导向型激励氛围作用明显,而角色认同对激励氛围内化的作用最为显著,激励内化归属感有效预测运动员积极行为取向.排球教练员训练指导、正面反馈和社会支持行为是预测运动员积极行为取向的关键要素.Based on self-determination theory, this paper takes volleyball athletes as the study object and discusses how the external motivation of coach behaviors and motivational climate affect on the athletes behaviors internally by influencing their feeling of belonging. The conclusions demonstrate that volleyball coaches' democratic behaviors, social supports, coa ches' instruction and positive feedback highly correlated with motivational climate of task oriented. Besides, role recognition is the most significant factor affecting the internalization of motivation climate. The motivational internalization would contribute to effectively predict athletes' behaviors. Volleyball coaches' instruction, Positive feedback and social supports is the key fac- tors in predicting athletes' behaviors.
