视障阅览室“遇冷”现象引发的思考——基于广州市10个区级图书馆的调查分析

摘　　要：通过对广州市10个区级图书馆的调查,发现图书馆视障阅览室普遍存在利用率低的"遇冷"现象。从无障碍意识、视障读者需求、图书馆服务和视障读者自身的因素等方面分析其成因,指出视障阅览室必须扭转"遇冷"的局面:强化无障碍意识,完善无障碍环境建设;以人为本,创新无障碍服务方式;尊重视障读者,打造无障碍的人文环境;加强合作,提升无障碍服务的整体效能;加强队伍建设,提高无障碍服务水平。With a survey on ten district libraries in Guangzhou city, this paper presents the reasons why reading rooms for the visually impaired enjoy less popularity from the aspects such as the awareness of accessibility, demands of visually impaired readers, library services and personal factors of visually impaired readers. In order to turn such situation around, public libraries should raise the awareness of accessibility and enhance library accessibility construction, adhere to people-oriented policy and extend accessibility services, respect for visually impaired readers and create barrier-free hu- manistic environment, strengthen collaboration to improve the overall efficiency of accessibility service, and improve ac- cessibility service by building library staff forces intensively.
