摘　　要：未雨绸缪之下，恒银基金更愿意瞄准1亿-2亿元的小项目，因为它意味着：安全性高、投资操作简单、周期性短。 继北京“华融普银”39亿元募资失踪金融丑闻后，今年7月，河北海沧资本再次爆出圈内丑闻，不但老板姜涛失联，且有逾5亿元到期资金至今杳无音汛。随着宏观政策调控的收紧，信托产品违约风潮或将如期而至，但圈内人士则并不这么认为。As more regulations are launched,quick money is conforming to longer cycles and a healthy eco-environment is taking shape.Under the circumstance where the government regulating is mature,internal system is disciplined and cost is accounted,property projects like residential and commercial have seen their construction cycle extending to three to five years from less than one year.
