摘  要:为了解决微波加热油页岩实验设备测量数据不够准确、自动化程度低等问题,根据微波穿透公式和微波衰减公式,设计了一种模拟真实地层条件下微波加热油页岩的实验设备。设备包括微波加热系统,地层温度模拟系统和地层压力模拟系统。微波加热系统内壁涂有微波吸收剂以消除微波的反射和泄漏。装置能够测量实验样品的温度、压力、渗透率等参数,计量微波加热后页岩油的产量,可为矿场实现微波加热原位开采油页岩工艺提供实验依据。There are some problems in experimental device of microwave heating oil shale, such as less kind of devices,more errors of measurements, low automation, and so on. In this paper, according to microwave penetration formula and attenuation formula,an experimental device used to simulate the microwave heating of oil shale under real-formation condition and measure the physical parameters change of oil shale is designed with considering the formation temperature and pressure. This device includes microwave heating system, temperature system and pressure control system.The device measuring the temperature, pressure, permeability and other parameters of experiment samples is designed based on the modular devices of multi-functional core displacement device. The device verify the technical vision of exploiting oil shale by microwave heating.
