摘　　要：Web2.0环境下,微博的出现为高校图书馆的信息服务提供了新的契机。分析了高校图书馆利用微博开展信息服务的必要性,明确了用户的个性化信息需求,总结出了高校图书馆利用微博开展信息服务所存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期为后续的创新服务提供借鉴。Under the environment of Web 2.0, the emergence of micro-blog provides new opportunities for university library＇s information service. Through analyzing the necessity of carrying out the information service by using micro-blog in university library, makes clear the personalized information needs of users, and summarizes some problems existing in university library＇s information service by using micro-blog, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures for providing reference to the subsequent innovative service.
