摘  要:归纳了大气覆冰的类型和危害程度以及其形成条件,并对大气覆冰灾害对电网运行可能造成的事故类型进行了归纳和总结,整理列举了我国和世界范围内由大气覆冰灾害造成的电力系统事故及损失。重点总结和归纳了国内外架空电力线路的防冰和除冰方法,并对各种方法的适用范围、对系统造成的影响和操作难易程度及可行性进行了比较。简要介绍了黑龙江省在架空电力线路除冰技术已取得的研究进展,并对今后电网的覆冰防治工作提出了一系列建议。The classification and hazardous level of atmospheric icing and its forming condition are summarized in this paper.The possible accidents of power network caused by atmospheric icing calamities are also inducted and summarized.The accidents and losses of power system due to atmospheric icing calamities in China and world-widely are enumerated and itemized.Emphasis on anti-icing and de-icing methods around world,this paper describes and compares the various anti-icing and de-icing methods by the scope of application,effect on the system,difficulties of operation and feasibility.It also introduces the achievement and research progresses of de-icing technology on overhead power line in Heilongjiang province briefly and gives a series suggestion for future development trend and research direction of power network anti-icing and de-icing.
