摘  要:砰击载荷是中高速舰船艏部局部结构设计时被重点关注的问题。该文采用落体入水模型实验方法,研究砰击过程的砰击压力与结构动响应规律。设计了一个铝制三维楔形体模型,底部斜升角为20o,底部两侧是包含三根纵骨和两根横梁的加筋板结构,两侧的外板厚度、纵骨和横梁的尺寸及厚度不同,可以对比分析结构刚度对结构砰击动响应的影响。设计了一套模型实验机构,可以实现模型自由释放、垂直落体入水砰击过程。针对不同落体高度,开展了系列入水砰击实验。本文还对入水加速度和砰击压力的实验结果与理论分析结果进行了对比,吻合较好。最后讨论了砰击的水弹性效应。Slamming load is the important concern of ship designers from the view point of strength for the safety of bow structures. Model test technique using water entry of free-drop bodies into calm water is applied in this paper to study both the slamming pressures and structural stress responses. First, one 3D aluminum wedge with dead-rise angle 20~ is designed. The stiffened panel on each side of the wedge is made up of 3 longitudinal stiffeners and 2 transverse frame with different sizes of cross sections. The effect of structural stiffness on the slamming responses can be studied in one test. Secondly, one test facility is designed for the free-falling experiment. Then, serial tests are carried out with different drop heights. The acceleration, slamming pressures and stress responses are measured. Measured results of pressures are compared with analytical ones. Fair well agreements are achieved. Hydroelastic effect of slamming is discussed.
