上皮性卵巢癌中脆性组氨酸三联体与Survivin的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)与Survivin在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达和相互关系,以及化疗对其表达的影响。方法运用免疫组织化学(S-P法)检测FHIT与Survivin在99例卵巢组织中的表达。结果FHIT在未化疗的上皮性卵巢癌组织中的缺表达率分别显著高于正常卵巢、良性囊腺瘤和交界性囊腺瘤等三种卵巢组织,P均<0.05;Survivin在未化疗的上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率显著高于正常卵巢、良性囊腺瘤、交界性囊腺瘤(P均<0.05);FHIT与Survivin与病理分级和临床分期均有关(P均<0.05);FHIT与Survivin在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达呈负相关;化疗前后FHIT和Survivin的表达无明显改变(P均>0.05)。结论FHIT缺失与Survivin表达在卵巢癌发生发展的过程中可能存在协同作用;铂类为主的化疗可能对FHIT和Survivin的表达无明显影响。Objective To investigate expression and relationship of FHIT and Survivin and effection of chemothera-peutics to FHIT and Survivin. Method FHIT and Survivin protein were detected by immunohistochemical （ S-P） technique in 99 cases of epithelial ovarian neoplasms, respectively. Result Expression of FHIT in unchemo epitheli-al ovarian carcinoma was significantly lower than in normal ovarian tissue, benign cystadenoma, borderline cystade-noma （P〈0. 05）, and expression of Survivin in unchemo epithelial ovarian carcinoma was higher （P〈0. 05）. Ex-pression of FHIT and Survivin among the grades and the clinical stages was significantly different （P〈0. 05）, there was negative correlation between FHIT expression and Survivin expression in epithelial ovarian cancer, the expres-sion of FHIT and Survivin showed no significant change （P〉0. 05） in chemotherapy and unchemo epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Conclusion FHIT and Survivin may play a important roles in the tumorigenesis and development in epi-thelial ovarian cancer;chemotherapeutic have no effection to FHIT and Survivin.
