摘　　要：针对高档酒店提供手机客户端支持,使用户可通过手机实现酒店信息查询、服务预定、在线支付服务费用等相关功能,且利用NFC技术使手机取代酒店房卡,简化客人入住流程,及提供相应的管理平台,以提高酒店服务品质、优化酒店管理所提出的解决方案。A solution is proposed to provide mobile phone client support for upscale hotels,which enables users to realize hotel information query, service reservation,online payment of service fees and other relevant functions through mobile phones,and uses the NFC technology to replace hotel room cards by mobiles phones,thus simplifying guests＇check- in process and providing corresponding management platform,so as to improve hotel service quality and optimize hotel management.
