摘 要:酸岩反应动力学实验是研究酸岩反应机理和进行酸化设计的必要手段,酸岩反应动力学参数其值的准确程度,直接影响着酸压施工设计计算和酸压效果分析的精度。针对靖边南碳酸盐岩储层,选用的酸液配方不同,则酸岩反应规律及动力学参数也不尽相同,需用室内实验方法确定。利用旋转岩盘试验仪,在100℃、120℃、140℃,7 MPa,不同转速条件下,时间限定5 min,分别对稠化酸、交联酸及转向酸三种酸液体系酸岩反应动力学参数进行测定,实验研究表明:转向酸浓度的变化对反应速度的影响更明显;三种酸液体系活化能高低顺序为:转向酸<稠化酸<交联酸,与此同时还考虑了氢离子传质对酸岩反应速率的影响,为更加准确的设计施工参数提供了依据。Thereaction kinetics experiments of acid-rock reaction is a necessary means to study the acid-rock reaction mechanism and design acid fracturing treatment.Accurately the extent of the acid-rock reaction kinetic parameters directly affects the accuracy of the construction designs and analysis of acid fracturing.According to jingbian south carbonate reservoir,different acid formulas have different laws and reaction kinetics experiments of acid rock reaction,and also need to determinate its size with effective methods in Laboratory.The experimental apparatus for rotating rock is used to determinate acid-rock reaction kinetic parameters,the establishment of the acid-rock reaction kinetic,and analysis of its factor.(Experimental conditions:100 ℃,120 ℃,140 ℃,7 MPa,different speed,the limited time for 5 min ;Three acid system:gelled acid、crosslinking acid and steering acid three acid system).The result show that the influence of concentration of crosslinking acid on the reaction rate is more obvious.Comparison of activation energy of three kind of acid fluid system:crosslinking acid 〈 gelled acid 〈 steering acid.At the same time,the influence of factors of mass transfer H + on the reaction rate is also considered,which provid a basis for the design ing of the construction parameters.
