摘 要:本文以PbF2为基质,Er3+为激活剂,Yb3+为敏化剂,采用水热法,通过严格控制pH值,成功制备了PbF2:Er3+,Yb3+上转换发光材料。采用X射线衍射仪和荧光分光光度计分析了样品的结构和发光性能,结果表明,当pH值=4时,产物为立方晶系纯相PbF2,上转换发光性能最佳。在980nm光激发下,样品发射源于Er3+离子2H11/2→4I15/2、4S3/2→4I15/2能级跃迁的绿光(520~570nm)和4F9/2→4I15/2能级跃迁的红光(650~680nm)。In this paper,Er^3+,Yb^3+co-doped PbF2(PbF2:Er^3+,Yb^3+)up-conversion luminescence materials were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method through the strict controlling of pH value with PbF2 as matrix,Er^3+as activator,Yb^3+as sensitizer. The structure and the luminescent properties of the samples were analyzed and investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer,the experimental results showed that when pH value is3,the product is pure phase of cubic PbF2,synthesis result and the prepared up-conversion luminescence property are the best. Under optical of 980 nm excitation,the sample is emitted from the Er3 +of sample in green light(520-570nm) of^2H11/2-^4I15/2,^4S3/2-^4I15/2energy level transition and red light(650-680nm)of^4F9/2-^4I15/2energy level transition.
