摘　　要：目的:了解邛崃市医疗中心医院儿科住院患者糖皮质激素类药的使用情况。方法:随机抽取该院2013年儿科住院患者病历240份,对其中含糖皮质激素的病历逐一审核,并对其用药品种及合理性进行统计分析。结果:该院儿科住院患者使用的糖皮质激素主要有布地奈德混悬液(雾化吸入)和注射用氢化可的松琥珀酸钠(静脉滴注),使用率高达70%以上,部分存在滥用、过度使用的情况。结论:临床药师应加强与医护人员的沟通与交流,积极配合临床医师参与药物治疗,加强对激素类药的使用监管,促进其合理使用,尽量减少药品不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of glucocorticoids in pediatric inpatients of Qionglai Municipal Medical Center Hospital. METHODS：240 medical records of the pediatric inpatients in Qionglai Municipal Medical Center Hospital were randomly sampled,and the medical records of those treated with glucocorticosteroids were examined one by one with drug varieties and the rationality of drug use statistical analyzed. RESULTS：The glucocorticoids were used in 70% of the pediatric inpatients,with Budesonide（inhalation）and Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate（intravenous infusion）used most frequently. Abuse and excessive use of glucocorticoids were noted in some cases. CONCLUSIONS：Clinical pharmacists should strengthen communication with health care professionals to actively cooperate with the clinicians in medicinal treatment,meanwhile,supervision on the use of hormone drugs should be strengthened to promote their rational use and minimize the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
