摘  要:目的:分析2009—2013年我院大肠埃希菌的耐药情况,以指导临床合理用药,减少细菌耐药。方法:使用Excel统计、分析2009—2013年我院检验科分离的1 518株大肠埃希菌对常用的22种抗菌药物的药敏试验数据。结果:大肠埃希菌的检出率逐年增高;除哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、磷霉素、呋喃妥因、美罗培南、亚胺培南外,其余15种抗菌药物均有较高的耐药率。结论:我院大肠埃希菌耐药形势严峻。减少侵入性操作、降低医院感染的发生率是减少大肠埃希菌耐药率的有效措施。建议加强医院感染科、药剂科、细菌室的相互合作,做好细菌耐药预警工作,协助临床医师合理选择、使用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the antimicrobial resistance of Escherichia coli in our hospital during 2009—2013 so as to guide clinical rational use of drugs and reduce bacterial resistance. METHODS:The susceptibility test results of 1 518 stains of Escherichia coli to 22 commonly-used antibiotics in our hospital during 2009—2013 were analyzed statistically using Excel. RESULTS:The detection rate of Escherichia coli increased year by year. Escherichia coli were highly resistant to 15 commonly-used antibiotics except piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoperazone/sulbactam,amikacin,fosfomycin,nitrofurantoin,meropenem and imipenem.CONCLUSIONS:The antimicrobial resistance of Escherichia coli in our hospital was serious. Reducing the chances of invasive operation and the incidence of hospital infection were the effective measures reducing antimicrobial resistance rate of Escherichia coli.It is advisable to strengthen cooperation among department of infection,department of pharmacy and microbiology laboratory,conduct early warning for bacterial resistance and cooperate with clinicians to achieve rational choice and use of antibiotics.
