当归双参蛤蟆油片的急性毒性和遗传毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨当归双参蛤蟆油片的安全性,为其开发利用提供科学依据。方法小鼠急性毒性实验采用最大耐受量(MTD)法,遗传毒性实验采用小鼠骨髓微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。结果当归双参蛤蟆油片雌雄小鼠经口急性MTD为20.0g/kg·BW。小鼠骨髓微核试验,小鼠精子畸形试验为阴性。结论当归双参蛤蟆油片属于无毒物质。Objective To determine the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of Danggui shuansheng hamayou tablets,so as to provide experimental basis for its exploitation.Methods The maximum tolerated dose（MTD） act was performed to the acute toxicity experiment,micronucieus test and sperm shape abnornality test were performed to genetic toxicity experiment.Results The oral MTD in male or female mice was higher than 20.0g/kg.bw.Micronecleus test and sperm shape abnormality were negative.Conclusion In the experimental conditions,Danggui shuansheng hamayou tablets has no acute toxicity and no genotoxicity.
