广西农村污染问题初探及防治对策

摘　　要：广西农村污染表现在生活垃圾、水体污染严重,化肥、农药过度使用导致生态污染,农用地膜处理不当导致土壤、大气污染,畜禽粪便排放导致江河、湖泊污染等。主要原因是环保意识薄弱、农业生产方式粗放、治污设施不足和对污染治理不力等。可以通过加强环保宣传教育,全面推进"美丽广西·清洁乡村"活动,促进农业生产方式转型、完善治污设施及加大农村环保执法力度,进而解决广西农村污染问题。Rural environmental pollution in Guangxi reflected in solid waste and water pollution, ecological pollution caused by fertilizer and pesticide overuse, soil and air pollution caused by agricultural mulch film mishandling, river and lake pollution caused by manure emissions. The main reasons were the lack of environmental awareness, extensive mode of agricultural production, the lack of pollution control facilities and ineffective pollution control. We can promote the transformation of agricultural production mode, improve environmental pollution control facilities and enhance rural law enforcement through strengthening environmental education and comprehensively promoting the ＂beautiful and clean countryside of Guangxi ＂, so as to solve rural environmental pollution in Guangxi ultimately.
