摘 要:通过对湿陷性黄土地区某高层剪力墙结构多桩型复合地基的设计,讨论了CFG桩和灰土挤密桩的作用机理,对两种桩型复合地基的承载力和沉降进行了计算。计算结果与现场检测表明,在湿陷性黄土地区采用灰土挤密桩消除湿陷性,结合CFG桩提高地基土承载力的多桩型复合地基,可充分发挥两种桩型各自的优势,取得良好的技术与经济效果。According to the design of a high-rise shear wall structure with multiple-type-pile composite foundation in collapsible loess area, the mechanism of CFG pile and lime soil compaction pile was discussed, and the bearing capacity and settlement of multiple-type-pile compaction foundation were calculated. The calculation and the in-situ tests showed that in collapsible loess area the collapsibility can be eliminated by lime soil compaction pile and the bearing capacity of foundation can be improved through CFG pile, and the multiple-type-pile composition foundation can achieve good technical effect and economic effect by developing the different characters of these two type piles.
