摘　　要：作为先进性社会组织,高校具有创先争优的潜存性动力和践行群众路线的组织优势。模块化组织、主动性实践和制度性保障等激发创先争优的机制性措施为高校长效践行群众路线提供了内生动力。As the advanced social organization,university possesses potential impetus for Striving for Being Excellent Activity and organizational advantage for practicing the Mass Line.Such mechanical measures which can motivate Striving for Being Excellent Activity as basing on a block-organization,passive practice and institutional security,and so on,can provide endogenous impetus for universities practicing the Mass Line.
