荧光探针法测定碳酸饮料中邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯含量

摘　　要：塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯（DINP）能够与荧光试剂荧光桃红在水溶液中发生作用,使荧光桃红的荧光强度增强,且在一定浓度范围内,荧光强度与邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯的浓度成线性关系,据此建立了一种新的测定碳酸饮料中塑化剂DINP的荧光分析方法.该方法的回归方程为F=-2.5＋134.6C,相关系数r=0.999 5,线性范围为5.0×10-7-2.0×10-5 mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.0%-3.9%,检出限为7.3×10-9 mol/L.采用该方法的加标回收率为107.3%-111.7%.Plasticizer diisononyl phthalate reacts with Fluorescent Pink reagent in aqueous solution, making the fluores- cence intensity of Fluorescent Pink enhance. The degree of fluorescence enhancement shows a good liner relationship with the content of diisononyl phthalate in certain range, so we ostablish a new fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of plasticizer diisononyl phthalate. The regression equation is F=-2.5＋134.6C, correlation coefficient r=0. 999 5, the linear range is 5.0 × 10^-7- 2.0 × 10^-5 mol/L, relative standard division is 2.0 %- 3.9 %, detection limit is 7.3 × 10 ^-9 mol/L, and the recovery rate is 107.3% - 111.7%.
