摘 要:振动时效技术是工程上常用的一种消除残余应力的方法,具有高效节能的特点。文章以水轮发电机转子支架扇形支臂为例,对振动时效前后的焊缝残余应力值进行了测试和分析,并介绍了振动时效技术在发电机组焊接结构件消除应力中的应用。It was a typical method used to relieve resid-ual stress by means of the vibratory stress relief technology with the advantages of high efifciency and energy saving. Taking the rotor spider-arms of hydro-generator as an ex-ample, values of welding residual stresses were tested and analyzed before and after vibratory stress relief treatment. Also the application of vibratory stress relief technology to relieve residual stress in general generator welded construc-tions was introduced either.
