摘  要:采用显微共焦拉曼光谱仪研究了7种润滑油及3种添加剂的化学指纹谱,通过系统聚类分析实现了样品的快速鉴别。选取532 nm激发光,提取同时包含样品的荧光以及拉曼特征的化学指纹谱,对比不同样品的光谱特征差异。每种润滑油及添加剂分别进行3个标样和1个盲样的指纹采集。将采集的化学指纹谱归一化后,使用4阶明科夫斯基距离和最远邻元素法进行聚类分析。结果显示,各润滑油及添加剂的盲样均得到准确鉴别。相关研究结果可为润滑油以及添加剂的化学指纹鉴别提供重要的理论依据和实践参考。By using confocal microprobe Raman spectrometer equipped with 532 nm laser source,the chemical fingerprint spectra of 7 kinds of lubricating oils and 3 kinds of additives were explored,respectively. The obtained chemical fingerprint spectra of the samples included both fluorescence and Raman characteristics. For each lubricating oil and additive,a blind sample and three standard samples were examined. After standardized processing,all the chemical fingerprint spectra were used for hierarchical cluster analysis performed with the 4th order Minkowski distance criterion and the farthest neighbor element method. The results showed that all the blind samples can be significantly distinguished. This study can provide a theoretical and practical reference for the fingerprint identification of lubricating oils and additives.
