摘　　要：蜡下油是溶剂脱蜡工艺生产润滑油基础油的副产物,一般用作催化裂化原料。文章介绍了如何通过在润滑油加氢装置原料中掺入一定比例的蜡下油,来优化原料性质、提高产品质量,并重点对基础油质量、收率的变化及装置能耗等的影响进行了分析。结果表明:通过对掺炼量、反应温度等操作条件的调整,生产出了高品质的APIⅢ类基础油产品。Waxy oil is a by-product when producing lubricating base oil with solvent dewaxing process,and it is used as the catalytic cracking feedstock generally. The paper introduces how to optimize the feedstock properties and improve the quality of base oil by blending feedstock with certain proportion waxy oil in lubricating oil hydrogenation unit. Based on this,it focuses on the analysis of the quality and yield change of base oil and the effect on the energy consumption of unit. Results show that high-quality API Ⅲbase oils can be produced by adjusting the operating conditions such as the blending amount of waxy oil and the reaction temperature.
