摘  要:针对沂南金矿金龙矿区深井地热危害严重的情况,分析了矿井通风系统存在的问题。在此基础上,经过2个方案对比,结合地温预热防止入风井防冻,选用了分区多级机站通风降温系统方案;自主开发了通风网络解算程序;经实际应用使得金龙矿区井下作业面温度显著下降,同时解决了冬季入风井结冰的问题。工程实践表明,多级机站通风系统和地温预热入风井防冻技术在金属矿山降温治理和防止入风井结冰方面具有实用价值。Serious heat hazard happening in deep mineof Jinlong mining area, Yinan Gold Mine has led to the check of existing problems in the mine ventilation system. Besides, after comparision of two schemes and geothermal preheating to prevent downcast freezing, partition multistage fan station ventilation cooling system scheme is selected. The ventilation network calculation program is developed independently. Practices prove a significant temperature drop in the operation stages of deep mineof Jinlong mining area, and at the same time the downcast freezing problem in win- ter is solved. Engineering practice has proved, multistage fan station ventilation system and technology of geothermal preheating to prevent downcast freezing have practical value in metallic mine temperature treatment and prevention of downcast from freezing.
