摘 要:针对高银合质金中银含量较高的性质,对金电解精炼工艺中的条件参数进行了优化,包括电解电流的优化、辅以人工铲板、电解液重复使用等措施。通过参数优化,使可用于电解的合质金中银质量分数由原来小于5%提高到15%,且电解精炼后可获得金质量分数>99.98%的较好指标,极大地提高了合质金的可电解性,减少了黄金精炼企业的金积压量,其有显著的经济效益和环境效益。This paper focuses on optimizing the parameters of gold refining, including such measures as increasing the service efficiency of the electrolytic current, using artificial shovel board as auxiliary, and recycling the electrolyte, which can be used for the electrolytic refining for gold alloy with high content of silver. The mass fraction of silver in e- lectrolytic gold alloy is increased from less than 5 % to 15 % ,mass fraction of gold after electrolytic refining can be 〉 99.98 %. This process significantly improved the electrolysis of gold alloy, and reduced the back log of gold in gold refining enterprises, creating remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
