摘 要:利用Deform-3D软件对自由锻展宽拔长进行了大量的有限元数值模拟,根据模拟结果对比分析了7个锻造展宽经验公式的准确性;同时将7个展宽公式与生产实际的下料直径进行比较验证。分析结果表明:数值模拟和生产实际下料直径与各经验公式的计算结果基本一致;公式1的计算结果与展宽拔长初始坯料最小直径最为接近,公式1最贴合生产实际;公式2的计算结果存在局限性且偏差较大;公式3、4、5的计算结果偏差较大;公式6、7的计算结果整体上偏差较小,但当宽高比在小范围内时其计算结果与模拟结果和生产实际比较接近。The forging broadening process of round bar was numerically simulated by Deform-3D software. The veracity of seven empirical formulas from the forging broadening was comparatively analyzed according to the simulation results, and the actual production was validated and compared at the same time. The results of comparative analysis show that both the simulation results and the actual production are basically in agreement with the calculation results ; the calculated value of formula 1 is the closest to the minimum diameter of the initial round bar, and formula 1 is the most consistent with actual production ; formula 2 has limits and more deviations to some extent; the calculation results of formulas 3, 4, 5 have more deviations by comparing the simulation results with the actual production ; the calculation results of formulas 6, 7 have smaller deviations, while the calculation results and the simulation results are in agreement with the actual production when the ratio of width to high is in a small scale.
