摘 要:某汽车车门玻璃导轨结构件形状复杂,需要经过压弯、拉深、修边、整形、翻边、冲孔、切断等工序进行冲制。通过对该结构件进行冲压工艺分析和工艺参数计算,确定了双排排样、双侧载体的13工位级进模冲压工艺方案;对级进模的压弯-拉深结构、浮动翻边-整形结构和整体结构进行分析,并以此为依据设计和制造出该汽车结构件的多工位级进模。试冲结果表明,所设计的13工位级进模结构合理可靠、产品成形质量好、生产效率高,可以满足大批量生产的需要。The structural part of the glass rail in the car door is complexly shaped. It is produced through various processes like bending, drawing, trimming, shaping, flanging, punching, cutting, etc. Its stamping technology scheme of thirteen progressive positions with double-row and bilateral carrier was determined by stamping technological analysis and calculation of technological parameters. The design and manufacture of progressive die were conducted based on analyzing the bending-drawing composite structure, floating flanging-shaping structure and the whole structure. The results of the actual production show that the thirteen-position progressive die is of high quality, feasible structure, and efficient production, so that it meets requirements of large-scale production.
