摘 要:对热作模具钢进行了淬火与回火热处理,研究了淬火温度与回火温度对模具钢硬度与抗热疲劳性能的影响,观察了模具钢的冲击断口形貌和热循环疲劳断口特征,优化了热作模具钢的淬回火工艺,并分析了其对热疲劳性能的影响规律和作用机理。结果表明,1080℃淬火后的模具钢的疲劳裂纹的主裂纹最短,且裂纹较为细小,经过此温度淬火后的试样具有较好的热疲劳抗力;580℃+560℃回火后的试样表现出了良好的热疲劳抗力性能。After quenching and tempering for the hot-work die steel, the effect of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the hardness and thermal fatigue resistance of die steel was studied, the broke mouth shape of the impact fracture and broke mouth characteristic of the thermal cycling fatigue fracture of die steel were observed, the quenching and tempering technology of hot-work die steel was optimized and its influence regulation and mechanism of action on heat fatigue properties were also analyzed. The results show that the main crack of fatigue crack is the shortest and the smallest at 1080℃, so the samples after quenching at 1080℃ have a better thermal fatigue resistance; 580 ℃ + 560℃ tempering samples show good performance of thermal fatigue resistance.
