摘  要:以南钢大棒材粗轧生产线为研究背景,以能耗最小和变形均匀为目标,采用差分进化算法对其粗轧工艺进行优化,并设计了相应的粗轧孔型系统。利用MSC.Marc有限元软件建立了粗轧工艺的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,通过现场试验数据验证了模型的正确性。同时对新工艺进行有限元模拟计算,并与现有工艺进行对比分析。结果表明:新工艺及孔型系统的道次变形均匀、中间坯尺寸精确,粗轧轧制总能耗降低了7.13%。Based on the rough rolling process of heavy bar for Nanjing Steel, the rough rolling process was optimized by using of the differential evolution algorithm with least energy consumption and deformation uniformity as the objective function, and then the rough rolling pass system was designed. Then a model of 3D elastic-plastic and thermo-mechanical FEM was established by MSC.Marc for the current process. The correctness of model was veri- fied by using experimental date of field. Then FEM was also used to analyze the rough rolling process after optimi- zation. The results show that the new process and pass system can guarantee deformation uniformity and dimensional accuracy of intermediate billet, and the energy consumption decreased by 7.13 % .
