摘  要:第一净化厂共建成含醇污水处理装置2套,由于气田含醇污水水量波动大,且污水中的Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-大量存在,对设备和管线腐蚀行性较强。虽然含醇污水在经过精馏处理前需经过加药预处理,从一定程度上缓解了设备管线腐蚀结垢,但高温、腐蚀介质仍使装置的设备腐蚀穿孔问题较多、换热器管束更换频繁,注水泵、塔底水泵、反洗泵机封泄漏故障多,维修频率高。为了解决甲醇回收换热器堵塞问题,对甲醇回收预处理加药制度优化研究,以稳定加药浓度,使原料水沉降稳定,减少对换热器的检修次数,最终保证气田目前的含醇污水处理能够满足生产需要。The first purification factory has built two sewage treatment devices, because of the sewage flow fluctuation and a lot of Cl-, SO4^2-, HCO3- in the sewage, the sewage can corrode equipments and pipelines. The sewage need be pretreated by dosing before distillation treatment, which can alleviate the equipment corrosion and pipeline scaling, but high temperature and corrosion medium still make the equipment corrosion and device perforation problem. In order to solve heat exchanger blockage problem in the methanol recovery, research on system optimization of pretreatment dosing for methanol recovery was carried out to stabilize the drug concentration to make the raw water settlement more stable, reduce maintenance times of the heat exchanger, and ensure that gas field alcohol wastewater treatment can meet the needs of production.
