摘　　要："五神"学说是中医学的重要理论学说,包括"神、魂、魄、意、志"5种要素。郁闷不舒状态是中医5种心理紊乱状态之一,其基本病机为肝郁气滞。"五神"是情志产生的神志基础,5种要素之间协同关系的紊乱必定会导致疾病的发生,因此,"五神"与郁闷不舒状态的发生、发展之间必定有着密不可分的联系。从"五神"学说的角度探讨郁闷不舒状态的基本病机以及临床表现,可对临床诊断和治疗疾病提供依据。The Five Gods Theory is an important theory of TCM including ＂ god, soul, spirit, mind and ambition＂. The state of depression is one of the five chinese traditional medicine psychological disorder condition and its basic pathogenesis is stagnation of liver-Qi. The Five Gods is the consciousness basis of generating emotions. The disorder of the synergic relationship among the five elements is bound to cause disease. Therefore, the Five Gods and the emergence and development of the state of depression must be closely related. This paper explains the basic pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of the depression state based on the Five Gods Theory in order to provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment.
