清心解毒汤治疗邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎

摘　　要：目的探讨清心解毒汤治疗邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选取我院2013年1月-6月收治的病毒性心肌炎患者160例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各80例,治疗组给予清心解毒汤(麻黄、杏仁、生石膏、黄芩等,2次/d,200 mL/次),对照组给予常规西医对症治疗(卧床休息、抗病毒及调整免疫等常规对症治疗)。结果治疗组总有效率为86.25%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组显效率为40.00%,高于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05);2组治疗后SV、CO和EF均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后SV、CO和EF分别为(61.33±7.28)mL、(4.50±0.61)L/min和(55.01±6.64)%,均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后CK、CKMB、AST和LDH均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CK、CKMB、AST和LDH分别为(80.30±10.62)u/L、(18.61±5.69)u/L、(31.47±4.92)u/L和(92.42±10.73)u/L,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清心解毒汤可以减轻心脏损害程度,治疗热毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎。Objective To explore the treatment effect of Qingxin detoxification decoction for toxin invading heart viral myocarditis, and provide the clinical basis for the treatment it. Methods By prospective study, 160 patients with viral myocarditis in our hospital from January to June in 2013 were selected, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 80 cases, The treatment group treated with Qingxin decoction and the control group was given conventional Western medicine therapy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.25 % （69/80）, more than that of control group 75 % （60/80） （ P 〈 0.05） ; The effective rate of observation group was 40 % （32/80）, more than that of control group 30% （24/80）（ P 〈 0.05）;No efficiency of observation group was 3.75 % （3/80）, lower than that of the control group 11.25 % （9/80） （ P 〈 0.05） ; SV, CO and EF of the two groups after treatment were higher than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05） ;SV,CO and EF of observation group after treatment were 61.33 ± 7.28 mL,4.50 ± 0.61 L/min and 55.01 ± 6.64 %, were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; CK, CKMB, AST and LDH of two groups after treatment were lower than those before therapy （ P 〈 0.05） ; CK, CKMB, AST and LDH of observation group after treatment were 80.30± 10.62 u/L,18.61 ± 5.69 u/L,31.47 ± 4.92 u/L and 92.42 ± 10.73 u/L, were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effective of a Qingxin detoxification decoction was better for treatment of Viral myocarditis.
