中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法将62例下肢丹毒的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各31例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,静脉滴注青霉素注射液,或根据细菌培养药敏结果选用敏感抗生素;局部以雷夫诺尔纱布外敷患肢。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加以清热利湿解毒之汤剂口服。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。结果治疗组治愈12例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率93.5%。对照组治愈6例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率77.4%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗丹毒能清热利湿、凉血解毒、活血化瘀,有效控制全身感染症状。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on lower limb erysipelas. Methods 62 cases with erysipelas of lower limb were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine treatment：intravenous infusion of penicillin injection or sensitive antibiotics according to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity; external use of Ethacridine Lactate gauze on wounded lower limb. The observation group was added oral Decoction for clearing heat and removing dampness and detoxification. The two groups were given one course of treatment. The treatment course is 10 days. Results In the observation group,there were 12 cured cases,17 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases. The total efficiency was 93.5 %. There were 6 cured cases, 18 effective cases and 7 invalid cases in the control group. The total efficiency was 77.4%. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There is statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has better curative effect than western medicine treatment.
