益气疏风法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效及对小气道功能减退的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气疏风法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效及对小气道功能减退的影响。方法将60例慢性咳嗽患者随机分为2组,各30例,治疗组用益气疏风法组方,对照组采用克咳胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、小气道功能的变化等情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率46.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FEV1/FVC%和FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%的改善均优于对照组,经检验差异有统计学意义。结论益气疏风法治疗慢性咳嗽能明显改善临床症状,并可以改善小气道功能。Objective To study the effect of Invigorating Qi and Expelling Wind Therapy on chronic cough and its effect on small airway dysfunction. Methods 60 cases with chronic cough were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by Invigorating Qi and Expelling Wind Therapy, while the control group was treated by Keke Capsule. The changes of clinical symptoms and the function of small airway were observed before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rates were 90 % （ the treatment group） and 46.67 % （ the control group）. There is significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. FEV1/FVC%, FEF25%, FEF50% and FEF75% of patients in the treatment group after treatment were better than those of control group. There is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Invigorating Qi and Expelling Wind Therapy for chronic cough has obvious effect and improve the function of small airway.
